This course is aimed at yoga students with at least two years of practice and yoga teachers who would like to re-connect with these rich and ancient teachings, providing a solid grounding in the philosophy of yoga. Over the course of 4 days, you will learn about the Universal Principles of Alignment and how to apply these principles in your own practice, to help further your understanding of functional yoga anatomy. In addition, you will be able to enhance your knowledge and practice of breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation, both of which offer which many therapeutic effects for body and mind and provide healing physiological benefits.

This 4-day yoga event is part of the Practitioner Immersion Programme and can be taken as a stand-alone module or you can book the whole series of 6 modules. It is not necessary to have completed Module 1 in order to join Module 2.
