Women are cyclical beings – governed by our fluctuating hormones, we encounter change: from week to week during the menstruating years and over our lifetime as we transition through the menopause. Understanding these cycles can help us to navigate these changes with a greater sense of harmony. Suitable for women aged 35+

The session will include:

    • Key asanas for menstruation and menopause
    • Meditation techniques and practice; understanding why meditation is an important tool for women
    • How to incorporate simple Ayurvedic practices into your daily life to help manage symptoms such as hot flushes, mood swings, anxiety and low energy
    • Pranayama for hormone balancing
    • Guidance on use of Bach Flower Remedies for balancing emotions
    • An opportunity to share experiences and learn from one another
