Discover Timeless Wisdom, Embrace Radiant Health

Aimed at empowering women to connect with their inner selves and embrace the cyclical essence of their being, this programme draws on ancient feminine wisdom traditions, Ayurveda, Tantra, and Yoga. Over the course of 13 months, we will meet monthly on the Sunday nearest to the dark moon to explore:

Ayurvedic Self-Care: Understand your unique body, mind, and consciousness with Ayurveda. Learn to tailor your diet, lifestyle, and exercise to promote well-being and prevent illness.

The Phases of the Moon: Gain insight into the four phases of the moon and how they influence your physical and emotional well-being. Harness yoga, meditation, and breath-work to harmonise with each moon phase and connect it to your menstrual cycle or the moon cycle if you are post-menopausal.

Goddess Archetypes: Dive into the enchanting world of Tantric Goddesses, including Durga and Lakshmi. Learn when and how to invoke their support, and use mantras and visualisation to cultivate qualities like strength, courage, and abundance.

Yoga Practices: At each session, immerse yourself in yoga, including Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation, tailored to the session’s theme. You’ll leave with a simple toolbox of exercises for self-practice, sequences to balance your Ayurvedic Dosha and moon-cycle-aligned practices.

 Two Solstice Retreat Days to deepen your journey. Around the time of the Summer and Winter Solstices, there is a need to rest, nest and digest. These 1-day retreats are aimed at offering you some time out from the busy-ness of daily activities and making space for introspection. Gathering in sacred space, we can set down our roles and responsibilities and allow ourselves to be nurtured by simplicity and relaxation.

These sessions will consist of a deeply relaxing restorative yoga practice, walking meditation, sharing circles, a delicious lunch and optional massage treatments. June 2nd and December 1st, 10am – 5pm.

How the 13 Moons course is structured

We’ll meet one Sunday a month around the dark moon. Apart from the Solstice Retreats, which will be all day, the sessions will take place in the morning followed by a shared lunch. All sessions will be at Little Narabo in Devoran.

Monthly Sunday Morning Schedule:

10am – Yoga, pranayama, meditation

11am – Short comfort break and tea

11.15am – Teachings

12.15pm – Sharing circle

1pm – Lunch (bring a dish to share)

2pm – Close
