Join Lucinda in her daily self practice of asana and pranayama. Practising together online and in your own home is a great way to really establish a regular yoga routine and keep it going! Instruction will be given in terms of which poses to do as you practice alongside Lucinda. Verbal adjustments/corrections will not be given. Not suitable for beginners.
You can also opt to join the Meditation session at 6.45 – 7.30am for a well rounded intensive yoga experience at no extra cost – please email Lucinda to register.
