Heart Sangha
Fridays, 7 – 8pm
Online
This sitting group offers the opportunity to practice together as a group, which can rejuvenate your personal practice and provide support and encouragement from like-minded individuals. The Buddha emphasised the importance of keeping good company, and practicing with others who share your values and goals can help you maintain enthusiasm and motivation for your spiritual practice. Additionally, participating in a group can deepen your understanding of meditation and provide new insights and perspectives on your personal practice.
During this session, Lucinda will take you through a guided meditation. After the meditation practice, there will be a brief presentation of an aspect of the teachings and space for participants to share their reflections and ask questions. This can be an opportunity to connect with others and deepen your understanding of meditation.
There is no set charge for this session, but if you would like to offer a small donation, you can send a payment via Paypal to lucinda@lucindayoga.uk

By reading the chosen text, you will have a foundation for the discussion and get to hear different perspectives from the group.
The meditation practice is an integral part of this session, and it will help you develop mindfulness, compassion, and insight into the nature of reality. You will receive guidance and support from the group and have the opportunity to share your experiences if you feel comfortable doing so.
In summary, this monthly session is a wonderful way to meet like-minded people, deepen your knowledge of Buddhism, and develop your meditation practice. You are welcome to join at any time, and there is no pressure to read the text, as Lucinda will give a brief summary at the beginning of the session.
