Start your day with calmness and clarity – join Lucinda for a week of daily morning meditation practice.

The session will include some guidance to start you off and ends with a bell. Aimed at helping you to establish a regular home practice, this class offers you the opportunity to sit together as a group. All levels welcome.

I surprised myself what a non-issue it was to get myself out of bed earlier than usual, all the more when I’ve been travelling for most of the week and didn’t have particularly convenient spaces to locate myself. But you were such a bright presence in the mornings, the moments of strange calm and clarity were coming, and I loved the changing themes!
