Finding Stability in Times of Uncertainty

Led by yoga, meditation and wellbeing teacher Lucinda Pimlott, this workshop is designed to give you tools to help you through the rollercoaster that life can be. In times of uncertainty, we can feel like there is no ground. Lacking stability, we may become indecisive, anxious and lost. When we are overly busy, it can feel like we don’t have time to take care of ourselves. Drawing on Ayurveda, Lucinda will introduce you to simple practices to help bring a sense of structure and grounding that will serve you both when life feels stressful due to overwork and when you have no direction at all.

The workshop will include:

– a brief introduction to the history and philosophy of Ayurveda

– how and why a Daily Routine is beneficial

– presentation of simple practices to include

– how to sequence your yoga practice

– practical exercise planning your own schedule to take home with you
