Join Lucinda for a daily self practice. 2 hours of sadhana, including meditation, asana and pranayama. This event is aimed at helping you to establish a home practice, with some guidance given in terms of which poses to do as you practice alongside Lucinda.
Practising together online and in your own home is a great way to really establish a regular practice and keep it going!
