Meditation Classes

One hour class, suitable for all levels of experience. Each week begins with a brief teaching on an element of the teachings of the Buddha to help students understand the philosophy behind the practice. This is followed by a guided meditation practice, Q&A, and ends with Metta practice (the Buddhist practice of loving kindness).
