This monthly session is, as it suggests, rather like a book club, where we’ll be focusing on the teachings of the Buddha. Aimed at giving you the opportunity to practice meditation together as group, as well as deepen your understanding of the teachings of the Buddha. A text or book title will be given in advance, so you can get the book if you’d like to and read it through in advance. Or if you don’t get time, fine to just turn up and Lucinda will give a brief summary of the teachings at the beginning of the session. There’ll be time to discuss the teachings together as a group over a cup of tea, as well as sit together for a short meditation practice.
“Loved meditation tonight- first time I’ve done it for a while, forgotten how peaceful I feel afterwards. Thank you.” A
“I just want to say how grateful I am for the Friday evening sessions and your wonderful calm, humble, approach. It has been a real pleasure to be able to join your classes. ” L
