To really get the benefits of yoga, it is important to practice regularly. This course is aimed at helping you get into the rhythm of a daily practice or can be taken as a stand alone immersion. Each day will vary and will include a variety of traditional yoga postures, with teachings on correct alignment. You might find it useful to also attend my Establishing a Daily Routine Workshop.
